Trend of Scarves
Scraves are a very important fashion accessory and they are always “in”
and can be part of your dress up whatever you are wearing. A silkscarf
with a soft texture can be a good benefit to your personality. In the
market you can find lot of scarves with various shapes and sizes also
you can find scarves that can be dyed in your favourite color and
print. Scarves can completely change your look and can give you a
unique dashing and elegant style.
Scarf in Multiple Color
The history of the scarf dates back at least as far as ancient Rome. A
linen kerchief known as a sudarium (Latin term for “sweat cloth”) was
used by the Romans to wipe their necks and faces. The ancient Romans
developed the scarf into a diverse men’s fashion accessory, whether
knotted to a belt or worn around the neck. Of course this style was
quickly adopted by women also, and the scarf has since become
synonymous with women’s fashion.
Scarf & attraction
Now a days girls again start to wear scarfs eagerly even they are western or eastern. Western girls wear scarfs on jeans and minies and western wear on Shalwar kameez, skirts, lehnga choli etc. Same as other shawls scarfs also have so many varieties (i.e. silk scarfs, wolen scarfs, summer scarfs, winter scarfs, fur scarfs, large and small sizes scarfs) they are expensive and also on cheap rates depends onto their nature.
Scarf Style
The
scarf has been around for more than a hundred years, and comes in many
styles from thin and filmy silks to knitted, bulky winter warmers. For
most of the scarf's history, it's been a utilitarian fashion accessory,
primarily to keep a woman's hairdo from being spoiled by winds, rains,
or plain ol' muggy humidity. It's utility didn't keep this item from
being a fashion statement and is closely associated with certain famous
fashion names, like Hermes.
But today the scarf is rarely just for hairdo protection; today's it's use is purely decorative. Here's a review of how today's celebrities, and some from earlier decades, donned the scarf.

Milan mens wear
Milan men swear styles for Autumn Winter 2010, presents a practical
collection, adjusting sharp, dressed down with "man-bag" and rolled
hems. There is a revolution in the air at the touch of Giorgio Armani,
a designer with so-called "romantic futurism." Beret and sunglasses
worn by the model of the whole show.

Milan Men’s Fashion
Week spring/summer ‘11 was all about the effectiveness of layers. From
Dolce & Gabbana, Ermenegildo Zegna and Alexander McQueen’s
milestone celebrations to a host of new trends and silhouettes, the
menswear shows indicated a turn toward designer depth of vision and
aesthetic nuance.
Zegna marked a century in fashion, showing both its founding line and Z Zegna line back-to-back at La Triennale. The pressure clearly didn’t affect the fifth generation family-run business, which has long been renown for taking design control to new levels by staying involved in every step of production—from the fabric mill to the design studio. This season, Zegna produced the “zero weight jacket,” which was aptly named for its lightweight fabric (145-grams/meter). It seems this vintage style factory has no plans to stop innovating suiting just yet.

Tommy Hilfiger Prep Shop Beach House –
Tommy Hilfiger, the purveyor of all things preppie has installed a Nantunket Mock Beach House in the Meatpacking District to showcase 60 pieces from his Prep World Clothing line. The Beach House will only be around until through the weekend where it will be disassembled and moved to Los Angeles.
If you are in the Meatpacking District, it’s worth wandering by to see it only because of the juxposition of the house sitting on top of gravelstone streets and how out of place it looks with the rest of the neighborhood.
For the clothes, it is as you can imagine all very preppy and if that’s your style go for it. In addition for those who who are looking to really live the Preppie Lifestyle, there are copies of sequel to the 1980 Official Preppy Handbook, “True Prep: It’s an Whole New Old World.”
For me, my whale belt wearing, bermuda bag and brightly colored patterned Lily Pulitzer days are over.
While I think this is a fun idea and something different, I don’t understand why it’s only open for four days especially since it took almost a year to get a permit and god only knows the planning, effort and exorbitant costs.
